At Noble Impact we operate on four key beliefs.

Students learn best when they’re opting in to what they’re learning, rather than being forced to act. People are innately curious and driven, particularly when given freedom and guidance, rather than structure and rules. There is a crisis of relevancy in today’s classroom — we are in need of a transition from a teacher-centric to a student-centric model.

Our duty as educators is to serve students, who come with different ways of learning, expressing themselves, and finding meaning in their lives. Our goal is to be a resource, to believe in their potential, and to help them navigate opportunities, without steering the ship. We do not have all the answers, but we are capable of challenging students with the right questions.

From a very young age, all people are capable of being valuable contributors to society. We live in a consumption-centric world, though, which carries into the classroom. Rather than being asked to create, students are often asked to sit and consume. We like to flip the equation. Students, when given the opportunity to act on their ideas, are unstoppable, imaginative creators.

While it feels great to master a skill, mastery means nothing if there’s no meaning behind it. Every day, students are asked to learn with the hope that someday their efforts will be useful in the real world. The beautiful truth, though, is that students can give back and add value today, if only they’re challenged to direct their actions towards purpose and impact.

Our Story

We exist to serve students.

Noble Impact is an education initiative that exposes students to relevant experiences and tools that enable them to navigate a world defined by uncertainty with an entrepreneurial skillset and a public service mindset. Whether they take part in our in-class programming or co-curricular experiences, such as High School Startup Weekend, Institute, or Innovate 2 Educate, students exit our programs with newfound purpose and passion to make a difference in their communities.

Our mission is to provide every student with a relevant and purpose-driven education. Much of today’s classroom experience is outdated and disengaging,

a disservice to students who will be tasked, at some point, with entering a workforce that demands ever-changing competencies for an ever-changing world.

Noble Impact was founded on the belief that we can make a difference when we put students at the center of the equation. In partnership with students, teachers, and their communities, we aim to build a future where all citizens pursue their potential by improving the world for other.

Our Team

Noble Impact was founded in June 2013, with the mission to provide all students with a relevant and purpose-driven education.

Today, our team is growing faster than ever and serves more than 500 students through our portfolio of content and experiences.
