The Noble Impact classroom experience is quite different from the traditional educational model. Rather than being purveyors of facts and figures, educators are facilitators for the ideas and aspirations of their students. They are given the opportunity to serve students, rather than steer them, while inspiring each person to aim for his or her highest purpose in life. We give teachers the tools to succeed in this new style of classroom experience.

Noble Impact has hosted a handful of educator professional development seminars, including a design thinking session with K-12 teachers at eSTEM Public Charter School, our founding partner school, pictured here. Teachers worked in teams to ideate solutions for the classroom of the future, partaking in similar methods of engagement that Noble Impact instructors use in the classroom.
